Sub-processors

Introduction

To provide, maintain, and improve the Ostral Solution, we use highly qualified third-party service providers (sub-processors).

In accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), below is the exhaustive list of sub-processors authorized to process Customer Data.

List of sub-processors

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Google Ireland Limited)

  • Purpose of Processing: Hosting of the production infrastructure, databases, and backups.

  • Hosting Location: European Union (Belgium)

Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited)

  • Purpose of Processing: Sending transactional emails and system alerts.

  • Hosting Location: European Union

Notification policy

We require all our sub-processors to contractually commit to security and confidentiality standards that are at least equivalent to those we are bound by towards our customers.

In the event of an addition or replacement of a sub-processor listed above, Ostral commits to notifying its customers by email at least thirty (30) days before the new provider is authorized to process Customer Data.
